Too Sexy For Social Media: privacy and boudoir.

Kristen Jones Boudoir | Columbus Boudoir Photography

Boudoir photography is very intimate in nature. Not everybody wants to show their butt on social media or even on this website right here. And that’s completely your choice.

When you book a session with me (unless you’re responding to a model call) you’ll be given an exhaustive list of options to share (or not share) your images. Here’s what my model release looks like:

  • Please keep my images private, DO NOT share with anyone.

  • Kristen Jones Boudoir may only use agreed-upon images on the internet (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, our website, etc.)

  • I will allow Kristen Jones Boudoir to use anonymous images for any type of promotion at all.

  • I will allow Kristen Jones Boudoir to use my images for any type of promotion (in prints, emails, in stores, on websites, and social media).

  • Feel free to tag me in the VIP Facebook group.

  • Share date begins:

From this list you can select multiple options and include a date to begin sharing your images (in cases of anniversary gifts, Christmas gifts, etc.).

When you book your session (with me or another photographer) make sure you read their model release contract. If they don’t have one, go over their sharing policy extensively. Teachers, administrators, doctors, etc. are bound to contracts and while boudoir is an incredible experience that EVERYONE should have, it is not worth losing your life’s work and career over.

If you have any other questions, just email me! I’m happy to help with anything and everything boudoir related.

Stay gorgeous, stay happy, stay you. ☀️
